The Year's 1st Work Day

Up on time – 530am. Still have cold – mildly sore throat -clogged sinuses Cold – 15 degrees and more snow, but only an inch or so. More to come Exercise, walk Ykraps, meditate, stretch, run 4 miles New snow provides nice cushion Shovel drive after run – went quick, not much accumulation Scrambled eggs, give Ykraps his Tramadol and Ibuprofen in eggs- seems to help Mindy off to work, kids off to school – 1st day back after Xmas break Mindy asked me to season pork roast left in the crock-pot Off to work near 815am Very busy day at the office – no lunch – work extra challenging Left the office at 535pm Mindy informs that Dad will be joining us for pork roast dinner Walk Ykraps – cold and snow Shovel driveway again before dinner Jacob not home – Off to see Avatar with Jimaken Dinner extra delicious Dad shares that he had no idea that Glenn was delayed home, although Mom informed him that his flight left CMH late Dad departed for home around 7pm Mindy, Bella, and I watched the Fiesta Bowl – TCU vs. Boise State I fell asleep around 830pm on sofa Woke for a few minutes after Jacob was home but never got up Upped for bed around 11pm – Boise State winning like 10-7.
