Run off up the long hill meanwhile, my head still in a fog Back at 720am – everyone remains sleeping. Grab iTouch and return to lobby for complimentary starbucks and relaxation Via iTouch, read online articles about Vikings victory – lots of sour grapes from Cowboy players Returned to room – Mindy up and showered Packed and prepped for skiing Rain gave way to sunshine Loaded Honda for home with all gear save for skis Checked out at 1010am On slopes by 1040am. Skied runs we’d skipped prior: Independence – Moon Shadow – Cross Cut Kids ski easier black trails – do pretty good We do grilled hot dogs and brats atop mountain – very good Eventually get everyone on Champagne – too much for Bella – Jacob OK Like days prior, I stay back with Bella to get her down the mountain - I know what makes her tick One last run – Northwind – kids let it rip! 200pm – time to head home Load skis then head to mountainside gift shop Buy nothing Stop just before Rt86 for gas Stop in Salamanca McDonald’s for lunch – everybody happy Homeward – fast drive Drop Rene at home near 7:30pm We’re home before 8pm Kids help carry in our gear Check Sparky – still resting peacefully in garage Unpack – organize for Monday Bed by 10pm
