Boated Alum Creek ... again
On our drive up, Mindy asked yet again if we might be able to head down to SC to visit David and Anita. Said he posted in Facebook that the flood waters have finally receded and that they still wanted us to come.
I agreed pending David & Anita giving us a verbal thumbs up. No sense sitting around at home for the next five days. Mindy called David to make sure we were still welcome. He gave the thumbs up.
sounds like we'll be heading south early Wednesday AM. Yippie!
Sunny, hot & humid - 92 degrees - on Alum Creek. Boat performed well.

Tubing & Coving
Thunder storm over home minutes after our arrival - 620pm
Took boat back to the storage - water up into ski cubby - drained for 10-15 minutes. Hmmm?
Jacob & I mounted the Thule atop the Pilot then loaded water skis and wake board. Really wanted to put my golf clubs up there too, but couldn't fit 'em in. Put them in the back of the Pilot instead.
Packed for the go. Mindy left to deliver Eiknarf to Gloria's place.
