Pork Roast Yum-Yum

Up on time – downstairs by 540am Rained again overnight Exercise, meditate, stretch and run Cooked breakfast, packed lunch, shower Mindy planned to take kids and head into school for first time all the while Rachel comes over to clean the house Work - meet with boss’s boss early morning. Go to lunch with Ken & Ryan (peer and boss) PF Changs. Order same thing I ordered there last Friday. Ryan picks up the check. Afternoon - boss’s boss meets with engineers Heavy rain during the day Unbeknownst to me, Mindy put a pork roast in the crock-pot prior to leaving for school earlier. Advised that I wasn’t that hungry during drive home from work. Ate pork roast and mashed potatoes anyway. Very tasty – juicy Mindy heads to grocery after dinner. I stay home with kids read/nap Kenny & Chrissy stop over for a brief visit. They were headed to BW3’s. Kenny’s home but heading back out of town come morning. Call Tom C. earlier – around 7pm - regarding possible golf on Thursday. He calls back around 9pm and shares that he and future brother-in-law already have a tee-time at New Albany golf Links. Booked the tee-time online for only $17 each, and that’s with a cart. Said he’d try to add me. I agreed to meet them there. Tee-time set for 1240pm. I stay up sipping a beer even after Mindy heads off to bed.
