Shapened Blades in-hand Gratis

Up near 6am. Still nice and warm – 70 degrees - though calling for dropping temps, light rain, and then cold and a couple inches of snow by Tuesday AM. Ran 4.1 miles.

Jacoby, Mindy, Bella off to school between 7 & 8am. As for me, I was off to the shower by 810am and then off to work by 840am. Took lunch and headed to JD Equipment to pick-up my mower blades. Same guy that I handed them off to the Friday prior. He was again apologetic for not being able to do them while I waited Friday. No worries. He handed me the sharpened blades and wished me happy Easter. No charge! Said to bring my mower in when it needs service. Sure! Thanks.

Stopped at Home Depot on my way back to the office. Considered buying basement can lights but wanted to be 100% certain on the specs I wanted/needed. To determine that I needed to do a little more internet research to remind myself of the benefits and use of air-tight versus not. Back to work.

Finished out the work day around 440pm and then headed for home. Mindy was grilling brats, dogs and smoked sausage. Invited my dad for dinner again, too. I got home near 5pm. I was already on my PC when dad arrived. Dinner was ready by 530pm.

Both kids were acting up at the dinner table. Mindy threatened bodily harm to Jacob. I soon followed by advising Bella that she’d be spending the rest of the evening in her room if she scowled at me again. It’s something she’s started doing over the past month or so when she’s not happy with something I ask her to do. Dinner was good. I had a turkey brat and corn on the cob.

Dad provided a more detailed update on Uncle Kenny’s status. Unless mistaken, I think they placed two or three more stints. Dad also shared more about his dermatologist appointments. Recently had a number of precancerous growths removed from his arm and face. We talked about the looing snow storm, dad confirming that we’re expecting up to a couple inches by morning. So much for the 70s and sunshine. However, the cold isn’t expected to stick around. Nice again by Thursday.

Dad headed home around 7-730pm. The rest of the evening not too eventful. Off to bed early – 915pm, and by then it was raining and fairly hard
