Work across town - lunch with customer at Bar Louie's Easton

Stop at Lowes afterwards pick-up 4 bags of top soil, 1 bag of composted leaves, and then fresh grass seed, a rye, fescue, bluegrass mix.

Left customer location near 415pm. Before calling Mindy, decided to call doctor's office since I hadn't yet received a call from Dr Coyle. Got a different office person this time, who after introducing myself immediately put me on hold. She returned a minute or so later advising that Dr Coyle would NOT be calling me. And the reason being that I wasn't formally her patient since I hadn't been in to see her yet. She would only discuss my lab results after the fact. That's it. I was Dumfounded, What do you mean not a patient? She went on to say that because I haven't been in in the last year (it's been two years) that she wouldn't talk to me. Flabbergasted, I shared my mind. I have been a patient of Dr Broyles for 20+ years and never, ever was he rude - cold. She quickly interrupted me saying that she only showed me being there three times and then only a patient since 2008. Oh now I was pissed, and was certain that I didn't want to be a patient of their practice any longer. I asked how I might get my medical records. Should I come in? She quickly answered, no! You need to go online, and blah, blah, blah! I was very angry and told her that they were asses. I quickly asked if Dr May was still part of the practice, my thinking being that he would be a much better option. After all, Dr Coyle's online ratings are not impressive.

I terminated the call by sharing how rude, uncaring, and inflexible they seemed. I knew then that my best recourse was to simply find a new doctor.
