3-D HD LED TV

Happy Birthday to David Waters - 51! I consciously slept until 535am after waking a couple other times after the irrigation system kicked on. It's very noisy, especially as it transitions from one zone to the next. Soon enough I was downstairs engaged in sit-ups and push-ups. Next, I let Frankie out of her pen but didn't immediately head outside. She seemed largely uninterested. Frankie was all over me during meditation. I took her out immediately after. She was slow to take care of business and spent most of her time frolicking in the neighbor's yard. It was still relatively dark and difficult to see her at a distance. I kept after her and eventually corralled her and took her back inside. It was 615am and time to wake Mindy. I poured her coffee first, which has become a trigger of excitement for Frankie, knowing that she'll soon be heading upstairs to see her momma. She was overly excited this AM. Mindy was already out of bed. I handed off her coffee and a hug then headed back downstairs to stretch and then head off on a run. I forgot to put my running clothes in the dryer the night before. They were still in the washer. With few choices, I grabbed the lightest pair of clean, but still damp running shorts I have and put them on. They were only a little damp. I headed off on my run. I ran four miles well. I felt especially good. Back at home, Mindy had scrambled eggs waiting again, only this time a giant heaping plateful. I seriously doubted I would/could eat them all. I ate most but also shared a little with Frankie. Mindy was gone even before we finished our breakfasts. The kids and I carried on with our usual routine. I emphasized beds and teeth to which Bella shared that her bed was definitely made this time. Jacob thought it funny to head up stairs and tear up her bed then tell me to come look. However, I was wise to his antics and made sure he remade her bed. We left for the bus stop at 805am. Kenny was out with Makayla and Woodie. Said he hadn't yet heard from Bob I regarding Friday golf. I told him I would email Bob from work. I drove the BM'er again. It was another lovely, warm summer day, although said to be the last in the a string of about 5 over 90 degrees. Work was fairly mellow. I sent an email to Bob I asking about their Friday golf. I sent his response onto Kenny via vtext. We had a meeting planned for 2pm. Around 1230pm I left for BestBuy planning to pick-up Droid X accessories: a screen protector, case, and car charger. I still have an $85 gift card given to me by my team last Xmas. Turns out, they didn't have any silicone cases for the Droid X. They did, however, have the high-tech screen protectors that require expert installation. They charge $8 to do the install. I will have to return with phone in hand to do that. I'll take Mindy's too. Before leaving, I reviewed the latest TV technology including 3-D high def LED TV's. I often leave Bestbuy feeling out of the loop - technologically behind. Tech changes fast! I observed a guy playing baseball on a PS3 from about 30' away. I was amused how real it looked. I had to get within 10' to realize the animation. Wow! I left without buying anything and headed back to the office. It was just after 1pm. I ate my veggies and prepared for our 2pm meeting. The meeting went rather well lasting until 330pm or so. In it, we unveiled some changes we think will serve us well. Realizing that any change is often difficult to swallow, I was quite pleased with my team's response. They had questions, concerns, and ideas, but all in all, it went well. We are moving in a positive direction. After the meeting my boss and I discussed the outcome. Both of us felt good about it. I spent the last hours of my day, and work week for that matter, cleaning up loose ends. I set my out-of-office and left for home just after 5pm. Jacob was already off to soccer practice with his dad, this being the first of the season. Bella was playing with friends. Once again, I wasn't up for a formal dinner. Instead, I decided to nibble on cheese and lean lunch meat, just like the past two evenings. Afterwards, I took to the livingroom recliner to read hoping to finish the book I've been reading for two months, Spontaneous Evolution. I read about two pages before drifting off to sleep. I woke suddenly when neighbor Mike ushered Bella home after having a minor accident on their swing set. But with Bella, you must understand, there are no minor accidents. She was screaming bloody murder. Apparently took a blow to the mouth. Mindy did a good job of calming Bella, but her mood was pretty much ruined for the night. She headed up to her room still whimpering. After my brief nap I got up and played on the PC for a while, or until Jacob got home from soccer practice. It was near 7pm. Sounded like he had fun. This was a Buckeye football night, the first game of the year. We planned to watch the game quietly at home. The game didn't kick-off until 730pm, so we tuned to the Bengals preseason game until the Buckeye's kicked off. The Bengals were tied 10-10 against the Colts when we left it. The Buckeye's were hosting Marshall. I took brother Glenn to his first ever Buckeye football game the last time we played them. It was my birthday, 2004. We won that game on a last second field goal by Mike Nugent. This game wouldn't be so close. The Buckeyes scored just seconds into the game after a Marshall turnover on the opening kick-off. In fact, we had a 14-0 lead only minutes into the game. We never looked back. We shared a bowl of popcorn before the kids headed off to bed. Jacob was being a pill throughout most of the first half. I thought his mother might beat him. Oh-oh, let me, let me! :) We won the game 45-7. Marshall's only score came on a blocked field goal. I watched the game in its entirety. By its end, Mindy and the kids were in bed. I checked on the Vikings preseason finale before heading off to bed. They were ahead 31-21. I put Frankie in her pen and headed off to bed. Both she and I were not to have any more food or water until after our Friday procedures.
