I'd Sooner be Golfing

I didn’t sleep too well through the night waking a few different times. At one point, probably close to 3am, I got up and went down stairs to take an anti-inflammatory to alleviate some of the stiffness from the day’s planting activities. I felt wide awake, at least temporarily. I headed back to bed sometime before 4am and slept soundly until 530am. By then, I felt like sleeping longer, but didn’t. Once I was downstairs engaged in exercise, I shook the sleepies. It was another beautiful morning. We’ve certainly had many of late. I bitch when it’s miserable so I need to praise when it’s nice. Thank you! Ykraps and I enjoyed our walk. We were back at 6:04am – a minute earlier than goal. I made coffee and delivered Mindy’s while she remained sleeping. She woke just as I was sneaking away. Back downstairs I grabbed my own coffee and sat at the PC for short bit of time reading the Daily Om and checking the weather forecast – sunny and warm for the next three days. At 6:30am I got busy making food, both breakfast and lunch. Although hit would’ve been a perfect day to drive the BM’er, I left for work around 7:50am driving the Trooper. Just as I was readying to leave Mindy phoned expressing frustration over leaving her lesson plans at home. I sucked it up and drove them to her in Grovetucky. That placed me at work at 8:35am – late. Work was viciously busy. The weather was superb and my afternoon run went very well. It was almost 80 degrees and sunny. The kids were with there father like most Monday evenings, but they weren’t gone that long. In fact, they were home shortly after I arrived. I was beat and felt like I needed a nap. I had lawn chores on my agenda, so I didn’t rest for long. Rather than nap I got up, changed, and headed out to the yard. I did my usual routine, finishing up around 7:30pm. I watered the flowers after going in to tuck in the kids. That was a nice way to cap the evening. Mindy and I retired to bed early.
