Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake

Ingredients Regular size roll of Chocolate Chip Cookie dough 2 packages of cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 bag mini chocolate chips 1 tbsp of lemon juice 12oz of Coolwhip 2 tbsp of cocoa 1/2 pint strawberries preheat oven to 425 roll out cookie dough to edge of 12 " round pizza pan or 9x13 brownie pan TIP... ( moisten finger tips to avoid sticking to hands) Bake for about 10 -12 minutes cool to touch while the cookie is baking... In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese until fluffy - best if using an electric mixer add sugar and lemon juice add cocoa slowly add in coolwhip while continuing to mix add in about a 1/3 cup of mini chips spread evenly onto cookie sprinkle mini chips on top slice strawberries into quarters and distribute uniformly da-dum
