Dreaded Enterovirus Strikes!

After a lot of sleep, I was up near 620am to cloudy skies and 70 degree temps.

Exercise, internet, coffee, meditation, and a stretch

4.1 mile run

2 eggs, Catherine Clark whole wheat toast, fruit for breakfast.

Worked a little from home then headed across town near 10am.

Stayed busy all day. Didn't take a formal lunch break.

Mindy let me know that Bella was sick. Fever of 101. Sofa surfed all day. Suspecting Enterovirus.

Left for home just after 5pm.

Grilled grouper for dinner. Nice change of pace.

Overwhelmingly sleepy after dinner. Been extra tired last few days.

Woke after 40 minutes. Headed out to replace Mindy's air filters. Both extremely dirty - nasty even. Mindy shared that she likely told Honda her husband would replace but failed to tell me.

She had me check her tires too, after getting low tire warming. Unlike my Accord, her Pilot actually shows which one is in trouble. Checked, and it was low by about 10 lbs psi. On further inspection I could see a nail in the tread.

Checked and filled all four Pilot tires then the same with the Accord. Also realized I hadn't put updated insurance cards in the vehicles. Took care of that too. While I finished up the cars. Mindy spruced up the front flower beds. Before heading in, I helped her collect some of the salvia clippings.

Too bed near 930pm.
