Thumb Healing

Up at 530am exercise, PC, coffee wake Mindy, meditate, stretch, rub sore calf run 3 miles - calf still tender but appreciably better eggs for breakfast, kids and Mindy leave 720am shower, dress, call Ken (my work peer) ask for a pick-up at Aarrow Radiator & Glass Sunny 40's - supposed to remain sunny and low 60's Drop Trooper - give both parts: window regulator and clip. Ken picks me up Work: morning staff meeting Dr Beran's office: Traci calls. Dr says OK to run Friday- agrees important to maintain routine -COOL Dave (Aarrow) calls mid-afternoon - Trooper ready Ken leaving at 115pm for home - drops me at Aarrow. Dave says they replaced regulator and clips but that old regulator looked good to him. Asked that I not roll window down for at least 24 hours leaving time for glue to dry. Put the old regulator in a box in back seat. Afternoon goes by quickly - time to go home - 530pm Dad over for dinner again tonight - beef & noodles - one of my favorite meals Dad hangs out until 7-730pm. Wishes me well during LASIK procedure Mindy has both kids shower - watch TV (Science Channel) and pop popcorn. Bed at 10pm
