Punkt on Nitro

Clear early AM - cold, only 39 degrees
Sunny low 70s forecasted.
Didn't run until just after 8am. Ran 4.1 miles
Work at home early on but across town for most of the day.
Stayed very busy. No lunch.
Left work at 430pm
Called Mindy. Jacob came home after school on bus, skipped soccer practice. Wanted to go to Barley's for dinner.
Not feeling so well, I wasn't thrilled with the idea at first but conceded.
Unusual Barley's Tuesday with kids.
Enjoyed a Barley's Punkt on nitro. Mindy had one too
Jacob was excited to be at Barley's. Said it's been a while.
I ordered KC wings, Not very good. Came cold. Returned to be heated u. Small and somewhat dry. Unusual for Barley's. Mindy had the fried chicken. I tried it. It was good.
Lots of new servers at Barleys. Daniel was training our server that night. Can't recall her name.
After dinner we drove Bella straight to gymnastics.
At home and in my PJs by 745pm.
I reluctantly agreed to do the pick-up too.
I played guitar for about an hour before taking off to get her.
Was really tired. Felt drained.
