Rest of October

Spent most of my free time working in the basement.

Finished plumbing rough-in and framing punch-out in preparation for drywall.

Sourced a drywall contractor. A bit more expensive than I hoped but then again, nice to turn all that arduous labor over to someone else.  Price included delivery, hang, mud, sand, texture ceiling, punch-out and clean-up.

Chilly trick-or-treat – temps dropped into the upper 30s. We had a ridiculous amount of candy after both of (Mindy and I) each bought a batch. Couple that with the relatively small number of trick-or-treaters, that made for loads of leftover candy. Bella went trick-or-treating as a zombie. She bagged loads of candy. Jacob opted out.
